AquaFloat Systems manufactures and sells floating plant baskets and related aquatic products. All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated
• Payment must be received before order processing
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. AquaFloat Systems is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Warranties

• Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging
• Warranty periods vary by product series (5-20 years)
• Warranties cover manufacturing defects only
• Custom orders are non-refundable

6. Intellectual Property

All content on bedevi.site, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of AquaFloat Systems and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

AquaFloat Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
